While I am not a fan of theirs, I have to give much respect to the New England Patriots and their superstar QB, Tom Brady, for winning Super Bowl LIII. Their win and consistent success provides several teaching points that should not be overlooked.

As soon as Peter’s mother-in-law was healed by Jesus she showed her gratitude by immediately getting up to serve Him and others.

After everything that Jesus had done and experienced He willingly served someone in Peter’s house who was under-served and overlooked; all because there was a need. Servants serve when needed and not just when convenient.
Never Stop Learning
We are wise when we are willing to learn and obey the instruction that we receive. In short, wisdom is the application of knowledge. It is good to learn, but knowledge that is not applied is only academic. Regardless of what we learn, information can never help us if it is not applied in life.

It is important that we thank God each time we receive and share. Just as He provides for us today, God will provide for us tomorrow. He provides our daily bread. He is our Daily Bread. That is why we are praying to embrace all God has for us today.
